This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Dungeness - The Cove on the Beach

The Cove at Dungeness Beach has beautiful uninterrupted views of the English channel & the White cliffs of Dover. Walk out of the house onto the Beach, down to the waters edge. Close to many interesting places such as the RHDR steam railway, which you can see from the rear of the property, you are able to walk to the RNLI Dungeness lifeboat station & to the lighthouse. There is both an indoor and outdoor facilities for BBQs & alfersco dinning & within walking distance to the famous pilot pub.

Beautiful Dungeness house right on the beach with ever changing views of the sea all year round. The house incorporates an original train carriage and the living space is open plan. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

The Cowshed Port Lympne benefits from a spacious garden to the rear and amazing views across the fields towards the North Downs area of outstanding natural beauty to the front. A short drive to many beaches, the coastal towns of Hythe and Folkestone (with its Harbour and Pier) and under a mile from Port Lympne Animal Reserve. It is also near many vineyards incl Gusbourne and Chapel Down.

This 2 bed cabin has a 55 inch TV (Netflix, Prime etc.) and a 42 inch Internet TV in the bedroom. It is perfect to relax in. Pubs/restaurants and Sainsbury's all within walking distance. The garden separates the cabin from the main house and is for guests to use and has furniture to relax in . There is a 6-person hot tub and a BBQ kitchen. There is a playhouse for children to enjoy. Our 2018 Holiday home is situated within the Romney sands Park dean holiday resort, nestled between the RSPB Dungeness nature reserve and 7 miles of golden sand. Whilst sitting on the decking you overlook the resort fishing lake and are within easy reach of the entertainment complex which provides food,a bar, mini golf, arcade, kids club, swimming pool. Open in season March - Oct. This area is a real hidden gem, somewhere to come and unwind. We love the calm relaxing atmosphere
