Built in 1905 in downtown Fredericton this Eaton House has been creatively & completely renovated in 2022. We await your arrival! Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Downtown George St Delight- Second Level

Fully upgraded 2nd floor unit of a century home located in the heart of downtown Fredericton. Walking distance to all you will need from coffee shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, art centers & galleries, Sip & Paint, game stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor store, ATM machines, and much more! The many walking trails will help you discover Wilmot Park, Officer Square, Boyce Farmers Market (on George St) and the majestic "walking bridge" over the beautiful Wolastoq River. Its all here!.

Indigo Inn

Spend a night, a week, or a month at this self-contained apartment unit in downtown Fredericton. Newly constructed and tastefully decorated, this comfy haven features a large living space with sectional sofa, 65" TV, electric fireplace, wet bar with sink, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster, mini fridge, bar table and stools, and a pool table. The bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, lots of storage, and a 40" TV. Gorgeous bath features a tub/shower combo, large vanity, and toilet.

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

BOB'S Guest House

This is a cozy well maintained home,does have a private basement apartment, located on the north side of the city, just minutes from either bridge and within minutes to the shopping areas. Walking and bike trails within a few minute walk that could take you over the walking bridge to the downtown district within 30 minutes. Nice quiet area, located next door is the Wesleyan Church. Eight minutes you can be at the major shopping centers and ten minutes at the downtown core of the city.
