The Church is a very private 140 year old timber church with gothic windows and high ceilings set in its own lush native garden The living area is spacious with French Doors opening onto a large veranda under shady trees The bedroom is on a mezzanine level with a queen bed Bathroom is large with a long, deep cast iron bath. Pet friendly inside and out. 5 min walk to a nature reserve and Kotara rail station (Sydney line) 15-25 min to beach by car, bus or train very near (1-5 min walk)

Nestled in serene bushland, this hidden apartment offers a unique retreat. Tucked away down a flight of stairs under an earth roof, the apartment blends seamlessly with its natural surroundings. It features a spacious open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and double doors opening to a patio and garden while the living room has two single sofa beds, ideal for children. This sanctuary offers peace and comfort in nature. The code is issued when booking is finalised. Andrew and I are regular Airbnb guests and now enjoy being hosts too.

Newcastle Uni is moments away, John Hunter Hospital is a 7 minute drive. Private entry through the garage & you are welcomed to a leafy backdrop & creature comforts of home. Please note, our beautiful dog Bob is regularly in the yard the flat opens out to. You will see him in the yard during your stay. Pats encouraged 😊
