Attached to the beautiful Shirley House, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

If you are looking for a romantic escape in the New Forest, just a short walk from the pub and open forest, then look no further. Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Arnewood Rise, a holiday home in New Forest & pool

Arnewood Rise is a luxury period property located in the heart of the New Forest. It is the perfect holiday home for big groups of all ages and fully equipped for fun times indoors and out. The grounds span 5.5 acres, including 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens with a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and 4 acres of fields complete with two ponies. It is ideally located within walking distance of the open national park and a short drive from the coastline and the many pretty villages.

Superb Ringwood Home with a View & Fishing Rights

Guests have the sole use of a contemporary purpose built self contained annexe within the grounds of a gated house in a private estate. Complete with underfloor heating, water softener, fitted kitchen with washer/dryer and use of the lower terraces and garden surrounding the main house which has magnificent views across the river Avon to the New Forest. We have fishing rights for the river at the bottom of the garden for any keen anglers. Coarse fishing byelaws apply, closed season 15/3-15/6.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).
