Dominion Hill Country Inn - Safari Tent 3

Our Safari Tent has two queen-sized bed with pillow-top mattress and quality sheets, pine furniture, fan, electric lights, and an automatic pellet wood stove. There is a large raised veranda with outdoor chairs and a private enclosure with a portable toilet and sink. Additional bathrooms and showers are nearby. Our hot tub under the stars is available for you to schedule your personal time. Please note, guests must walk a short distance uphill to reach the glamping tents.

Historic paneled suite has a double bed as well as an adjoining private study with a single bed, a desk with an office chair, and a fridge. Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

Built in 1902 and restored in 1988, we have tried to maintain the authenticity of a working Vermont farmhouse. Thus, the name of the farm is Antiquity Acres. Here you will find a quiet place to rest, away from noise, but minutes to Stowe on a beautiful, dead-end road with picturesque views. A private working horse farm sitting on 90 acres of open pastoral land with mountain views, complete with 2 spring-fed swimming ponds and walking trails.

The Windy Top Cottage is an old stone building constructed in 1932 by H. L. Bitter, a wealthy Hartford businessman. This area of Granby was a favorite of the Hartford elite for a place to 'summer' in the early part of the 20th Century. The cottage was the quarters for the domestic staff while the family was in North Granby. With an elevation of 970, we offer clean, fresh country air!
