This 270 sq. ft. studio features a queen bed, air conditioning, gas fireplace, kitchenette, dining nook, private semi enclosed garden, covered carport, and a bathroom with walk-in shower. The shared saltwater pool is so refreshing in the summer! Nevada City and Grass Valley are great for shopping and dining, and Tahoe National Forest is practically in our backyard!

You cannot get much closer to the lifts than this condo with it’s balcony looking directly at the entrance to the Big Springs Gondola. With 1 king bed and a full sized pull out couch this is the perfect escape for a couple or young family. Get a nice massage on the brand new whole body massage chair after a long day of skiing. + Hot tubs and gym! Catamount is the best building in Northstar Village.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
