The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Benvenuti! Ci troviamo in una zona tranquilla nei pressi di Nereto, tra le colline abruzzesi. Il nostro appartamento può ospitare da 1 a 5 persone. Se amate il mare, troverete diverse località balneari a pochi km, come Alba Adriatica e Tortoreto Lido (bandiere blu 2022). La centralità del nostro paese vi permetterà di visitare, oltre alle località costiere, alcuni tra i Borghi più belli d'Italia, passeggiare tra i nostri campi di ulivi o fare tour in bicicletta ed escursioni! Casa colonica tipica marchigiana disposta su due piani con favolosa pergola che da sul giardino. La casa si trova a 1 km dal centro del paese. Immersa nella campagna marchigiana, la casa è situata a pochi metri dal fiume Tronto e confinante con la pista ciclabile che collega S.Benedetto.Non avendo case nelle strette vicinanze, la casa permette di godere pienamente del proprio soggiorno in assoluta libertà(anche con musica fino a tarda notte).
