It had its own entrance and next to 2 other cottages we also rent out. 1 has an interleading door for a family rental. 2 single beds, ensuite, lounge and kitchenette area. It is situated in Summerstrand across the road from Pearson High school, the varsity is 1 km away. There is a beach and shopping centre nearby. We have free parking on site, behind an elec gate.
