External sleepout 1x Queen bed with ensuite. Plus outdoor shower. Open plan kitchen and dining with separate lounge. All day sun, wonderful view of Nelson, secure, 10 min walk to town centre. Spa pool, pets welcome on request. Bunk beds & a portacot can be set up as a prior arrangement.

Songer Street Hideaway

Bring the whole family to this fabulous spot with lots of room for families and groups. Private and peaceful, yet within walking distance to Stoke shops and cafes and Isel Park. 10mins drive to both Nelson central and Richmond, and the beautiful Tahunanui Beach. Plenty of room for everyone to unwind with ample parking. The outdoor area is well set up with BBQ, brazier, tables and beanbags to relax in the sun, while the beautiful garden allows plenty of space for kids to run around.

The Alba Suite. A sweet wee suite in sunny Nelson.

A place to chill or explore by the foot of the Grampians in a private lower floor suite with it's own entrance. Relax in the bedroom or read in the private garden among Fantails. The suite has it's own toilet, shower room and outside patio. There is no kitchen but tea/coffee/simple breakfast items provided. The lower floor is separate from the rest of the house and you will be the only guests. 5 minute drive to the city.

Set in half an acre of private park like grounds there is great outdoor space set up for family fun with a barbeque area and large lawn. The house is very spacious with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. It would suit two families who would like their own space to retreat too. Well positioned in Richmond for accessing the Tasman attractions and Nelson City.
