Modern minimal design apartment,shiny,comfortable and fully equipped. Most of the furniture fits my taste and will give you an artistic pleasant ,comfort and unique feeling. Its a very convenient location because the guest can find in a walking distance, beaches, supermarkets, bakeries,cafes, beach bars, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, amusement parks, and the Ferry boat that leaves every 15 minutes for Eretria, which is part of one of the biggest islands in Greece called Evia.

Sykamino Summer Villa and Pool House

Located on a 4000m2 plot, you enter into a private driveway to the property. The villa is surrounded with patio and terrace areas and at the back of the property is a 40m2 private pool area for sole use by occupants. We have a portable BBQ that will be available and set up on the patio by the pool. The pool is surrounded by terraces on which there is plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, and tables for guests to relax and enjoy the views and magnificent sunsets.
