Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in the center of Bruneck, on the 4th floor, above the roofs of the city (elevator available). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. On request (for a small surcharge and on request) a car parking space, which is located directly in front of the house, can also be rented. The center can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is suitable for couples or guests up to max. 3 persons. You can store your ski or other things in the cellar.

Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Das Ferienappartement COR bietet einen Eingangsbereich, ein Doppelzimmer, ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, einen Wohnbereich mit ausziehbarer Couch und eine komplett ausgestattete Küche ein Bad mit separatem WC, eine Loggia mit Gartenmöbel zum Entspannen. In der Tiefgarage ist dein Auto sicher untergebracht und ein eigener Raum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner steht auch zur Verfügung.

We shared – Andreas and Michaela, the children Sofia, Samuel and Linda as well as our grandma Rosa – manage the Mahrhof on the sunny side of Tesido, in the east of Plan de Corones.
