5* Shepherd’s Hut, shower and sauna

Central but tranquil, perfect for a romantic, relaxing get away. This light, airy Shepherds hut has its own horsebox shower/toilet. Access to sauna (£10 a session) Privately set in a paddock, ideally located to explore Snowdonia and the beautiful Anglesey beaches. 7 miles from both the royal town of Caernarfon with it's castle and Llanberis at the foot of Snowdon. The Bunkhouse is located in a quiet hamlet and has a separate entrance keeping it completely private. It overlooks a meadow and the river Ogwen. A stone building now renovated and equipped to provide comfortable accommodation for two people. Bunk beds - linen - en-suite -towels -TV - Tea & Coffee. A fridge is available in a nearby outhouse. Well placed to discover Snowdonia, nearby hills, mountains, cycle paths, walks and climbs, and also ZipWorld Velocity 2 which is only a short walk away.

A rejuvenating walk along the Anglesey Coastal Path gets you to Traeth Llanddwyn Beach, where you can take a dip or a paddle or walk around Llanddwyn Island nature reserve, before returning for a snug evening in front of the wood burner. Luxuriate in a super king size bed, and wake up to views of Snowdonia through the picture windows.

Within its traditional stone walled boundary, you're greeted by the most tranquil and picturesque of settings on the banks of the Afon Dwyryd. Afon Cariad is a traditional detached stone cottage set in three acres of land on the riverbank and at the foot of a beautiful nature trail and nature reserve - Coed Cymerau.

Ysgubor y Gelli, Tregarth

A comfortable, characterful barn close to the mountains, coast and Zipworld (5 min drive). Situated at the edge of Snowdonia, Ysgubor y Gelli is the perfect base to explore North Wales. We accept well behaved dogs and have an EV charger. 5 minutes from the A55 but set in beautiful countryside, the barn has wifi, smart TV and is a quick stoll to the local pub. Beds can be made up as twin, double or triple.
