We live upstairs and love hosting our guests, who are welcome to share our new backyard! Relax in a completely private walkout basement guest suite. Includes: theater room, Gigafast wifi, Kichenette with Keurig coffee & nice variety of snacks. We are 3 mi from grocery store, 7 mi from a mall, 5 mi from downtown Franklin & 20 mi to Nashville. The guest house is over the detached garage completely separate from the main house for the utmost privacy.

The Smokehouse deck connects to a walkway and porch for our AirBNB Plus rated "Quottage" which offers accommodations for two, a private bathroom, living space, and small kitchen.
