Marsha's Beach House

Situated in a private beachfront estate this newly remodelled vacation home is immersed in nature. Surrounded by a large garden with tall trees it offers privacy in a quiet environment . Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is FLISVOS café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.

The accommodation is a comfortable double studio, located in the center of Alyki, on the second floor above Marina Café. It is situated directly on the seafront road, which turns into a pedestrian street in the evening, creating a pleasant and lively atmosphere. It is just a few steps from the sea, 20 meters from Alyki Beach, 80 meters from the bus stop, 4 km from Paros Airport, and 13 km from the port of Paros, making it an ideal choice for easy and convenient transportation.
