Award winning floor plan with a perfect layout for entertaining guests. Some of the features of the home include laminate flooring, quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, under cabinet lighting, gas range, stainless fridge and dishwasher. The living room offers very comfortable leather reeling sofa's with heat & massage. Very comfortable backyard with many amenities including a pool, hot-tub, bbq and plenty of seating. Our tiny home is set aside in an older, quiet neighborhood of Nampa, ID and has a rustic and cabin-esque feel. This is a cute home and comfortable stay for either a couple of days or a couple months! The tiny home comes equipped with a private fenced in area and a small hot tub. We are located 2 blocks from the NNU campus, 5 minutes from downtown Nampa, and 10 minutes to I84 - everything you need within an arm's reach! Inside this stylish home, is a comfy couch, king sleep # bed in the primary bedroom, and all the essentials you will need for a short stay. The Nampa Greenbelt Nature Trail is an easy walkable distance as well as Nampa Skate Park and just around the corner from this home, there is a community play and picnic area for your whole family to enjoy. This home is a five-minute drive to NNU, Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge, Lake Lowell Reservoir, and RedHawk Public Golf Course, and Deer Flat Ranch.

Just 2 minutes to Lake Lowell for fishing, boating, and nature walks, and only 20 minutes to mountains, hot springs, trail rides, the Snake River. All while only 9 minutes from shopping & services.

The Quick Stop Inn

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.
