Free parking and beautiful back deck. Located in a duplex, you will have the top unit, my family friend lives on the bottom. I live a few streets over and am happy to give local recommendations! Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.

First floor is used as an office only on weekdays. Only 1/2 mile from Mystic Amtrak station, an easy walk.

Located directly across from the Mystic River on Water Street in Historic Downtown Mystic. Great views from the front porch! The house was originally built in 1845 but this townhouse-style apartment was completely renovated with high end materials a couple years ago and just refreshed with new couches, rugs and other furnishings in November 2023.
