Very clean comfortable 3/2 private home on a waterfront canal by Laguna Madre Bay. We follow the Airbnb’s 5-step enhanced cleaning process. We have Security Camera's and home Alarm system. Back yard is a hit with everyone, very relaxing. You can fish off the dock in the back yard or take the kayaks. Mustang Island beach is near by. We provide life jackets for the kayaks but we are not responsible for accidents. NO bottom fishing!! Bring your own poles, hooks, bobbers & bait. Pet Fee $40 per pet

Relax in the private heated pool then doze off in the screened-in porch to the soothing sound of ocean waves. It’s easy walk to the beach as well as the best shops and restaurants in Port A. Inside, it's an eclectic blend of antiques, modern furnishings, and intriguing accent pieces collected from around the world. **The HEATED POOL is optional and cost an EXTRA $100 for the 1st day then $50 for each addition consecutive day. It runs from 8:00AM to 6:00PM. Takes 3-4 hours to heat to 90 degrees

On the Beach Sunrise

This is a beach front property on North Beach. Sunrise views. We are the only beach house on the beach. This is close proximity (5 min drive) to the Texas State Aquarium & Lexington Museum or use the beach walk from outside the home all the way down as well. Fishing area & play area is walking distance. Great place to enjoy the sun and the beach ! This house is clean and ready to enjoy your vacation.
