This Farmhouse was completely restored to its current charm in the spring of 2017. You will find it fully furnished, & ready for a pleasant "home away from home"! McConnelsville is known for its rich history, & is home to the famous Twin City Opera House, among many other interesting landmarks.

Studio is 500 sq ft, open concept living. The kitchen has apartment size stove and refrigerator, microwave, toaster and Keurig. The bathroom has a large shower, no tub. The sleeping area has a king size bed. The space is designed with ease and comfort in mind. It is attached to my home but with independent living. Parking available under the carport or beside house. We are situated near I-70 and, Dillon State Park, Blackhand Gorge and The Wilds. Bald Eagle, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrels are in the area.There's golf, wineries and breweries nearby. You'll love the coziness and privacy of the place. This place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers and business travelers. Wabash Cabin

The Wabash Cabin, nestled in the rolling hills of Southeastern Ohio, is in the heart of the Region’s outdoor playground. This unique property offers private hunting privileges on 160 acres. It is also the perfect get away for couples, family, and friends. Hunting rates are $125 per night, per person, and include privileges to hunt on the property. Vacation/Leisure rates are $125 per night for up to 4 people, more than 4 people $20 per night per person.

This is a cozy studio concrete “bunker” house across the driveway from our residence. the Bunker has a private patio with a hot tub. It is located on an idyllic 35 acre property with two ponds that connects to Salt Fork State Park public land. We are located a few miles from the State Park entrance and Deerassic Park and close to I77 and I70.
