The property is often visited by some rare and beautiful Himalayan bird species.

Far off from hustle but not from your fresh groceries. Aesthetic Cafes and Art galleries- all at a walking distance. Surrounded by Pine forests, apple orchards, strawberry fields, galgal (Himalayan Lemons) and orange orchards. Treks to nearby lakes, picturesque picnics and lazy bird watching awaits you.

Neer Stays- Two-Bedroom House with Private Balcony

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with breathtaking views from rooms and balcony. Home cooked delicacies made with love. All the major activities like trek to Khuliya top, Meshar and Thamri kund are in close vicinity. All the rooms have private access, washrooms and balcony. Our property is reachable after an uphill hike of 150 metres. So please pack your bags accordingly! A comfortable pair of shoes will be helpful.

Luxury Earth Home in the offbeat Himalayas

The last 7 years have been an incredible learning experience. Since we moved to the village, the priorities have changed. There was a sense of discovery in everything we did. There were chai-filled conversations with elders and young turks and stories on how homes and communities were built. It's these learnings that led us to build these earth homes. Kumaon has been a great teacher. And we hope we've done justice to her sustainable ways.
