Just a stone’s throw away from the seafront, this little cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay in the picturesque village of Mumbles. Named after the gorgeous sea views from the top terrace. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine after a busy day exploring Gower Peninsula. This quiet but steep street is only a few minutes walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. It’s just over a mile to the stunning beaches of Langland and Rotherslade. This really is the perfect spot!

Langland View, Langland Bay Road

Langland View recently had a full refurbishment. Photos have been updated, more to come. Langland View is a delightful cottage 50 meters from the Golf Club, 150 meters from Langland Bay, the Brasserie, public tennis courts and the coastal path. You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friend groups, but please no loud parties.

Romantic home a few minutes from the seafront.

Sea Breeze is a very charming open plan house with it's own private parking spaces. It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. The French doors allows a continuation of the romantic feel with its cosy outside terrace and sea view while upstairs offers 1 King sized bed, 1 double and 2 singles. There are 3 bathrooms each with a shower with the main bathroom offering a bathtub.

The cottage is just off the seafront with one double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and another large bedroom with two single beds. The fully fitted kitchen had a dining table with 4 chairs; a washing machine/tumble dryer; fridge, freezer; microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. The living room seats 5 and has a smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a wood burner. The pricing reflects that there is no direct parking. Swansea Council website contains detailed parking info.

Just a few minutes walk to the seafront and all the restaurants, shops, bars & cafes. An independant coffee shop is on the doorstep, 2 welcoming local pubs are also nearby. The iconic Mumbles Pier, Langland & Rotherslade Bay are within walking distance, and a short drive is Caswell Bay and the Gower Peninsula. Bright and airy, 2 bedroom bungalow on a quiet private road. Fully enclosed rear garden & decked area. Beds can be 2 doubles or a double and 2 singles. The kitchen has all you’ll need. The lounge has smart TV, DVD, a library of 100+ sea films and a fab wood stove. One pet welcome, contact if you have more. 2 mins walk to the coast path, 5 mins to Limeslade bay, Fortes café & Castlemare restaurant. Langland bay is not much further. Mumbles’ restaurants, bars & shops are ~10 mins walk.
