Apartment is located in the center of the city, in 5 minutes walking distance from the Opera House, in 7 Minutes walking Distance from the Parliament, in 12 Minutes walking distance from the Galleria Tbilisi and most of tourist attractions. Property has its own closed garden that is excellent for kids. The supermarket is in 15 meters from the property. Apartment also has a very nice traditionally decorated wine room that is excellent for family celebrations and friends gatherings.

The place in the city center

The apartment is in the center of the city, very easy to reach, just 2 minutes walk to/ from metro station Technical University. Everything is too close, bus station, shops, markets, pharmacies etc. The apartment is good for up to 2 guests, it is not big (30 Square meters) but very comfortable.
