Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

Ateshgah Residence, Old Tbilisi

Ateshgah Residence is located in the heart of Old Tbilisi district Kldis Ubani on the top of a steep street behind 5th century Zoroastrian temple Ateshgah. As this is old part of the city, you need to take steps to get to the house. No parking space is available. This location allows to quickly get to all attractions in the city, such as: Mother Georgia Statue, Narikala Fortress, Botanical Garden, Leghvta-Khevi, Sulphur bathes, Shardeni Street with great dinning places, bars and nightclubs.

The apartment is located in the center of the historic district, on a very beautiful old street. You will stay in a quiet, typical Georgian courtyard and can enjoy the view from the balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (7 sq. m). The apartment offers self check-in. The historic building from the second half of the 19th century, designed in Neo-Moorish style, preserves the authentic spirit of the city. Cozy little room with bathroom and all necessary items to stay overnight in Mtskheta, former capital of Georgia with a wonderful location. The room with a balcony is located in the city center, in 100 meters from Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. Historical monuments, banks, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and playgrounds for children are very close to the apartment.

სახლი მდებარეობს ქ.მცხეთის ცენტრალურ ისტორიულ უბანში. სახლი დან იშლება ულამაზესი ხედი ბაღზე და ქალაქის პეიზაჟებზე. სახლს აქვს მყუდრო იზოლირებული მცირე ზომის ეზო. სახლთან ახლოს არის ქალაქის გამორჩეული რესტორნები. სახლიდან 20 მეტრშია მაღაზია. მაისის თვე ჩვენს ეზოში განსაკუთრებულია, რადგან ამ დროს მრავალი ვარდი ყვავის ჩვენს ეზოში და განსაკუთრებულ გარემო იქმნება.
