Welcome to my newly built apartment, located in a quite part of Split called Sucidar. It is completely equipped with everything you might need on your vacation. It is only a minute walk from the bus stop (nr.9) leading to the center or you can walk about 25 minutes and enjoy exploring my town(2km/1.2miles). You have a breathtaking panoramic sea & mountains view. Modern furnished, air conditioned with free wi-fi and cable tv this apartment will fulfill your stay. Safe parking space inside!!

Home with the view

The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It has a large living room, connected to the dining room and a kitchen (with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, an oven and stovetop) . It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. The property provides towels and bed linen. Within the apartment there is free private parking.

Riva View Apartment

The apartment has been completely renovated to reveal the authenticity of the Diocletian Palace stone walls and provide the maximum comfort during your stay. You will find the closest public paid Parking just few hundred meters from the apartment and the Ferry port is a 5 minutes walk away.

Our new apartment Carmen is located in Split in the area of ​​Žnjan and is only 150 meters from the sea and 3.5 km from the city center. The apartment consists of living room, kitchen, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and balcony with open sea views. The living room and bedrooms are air-conditioned. it is located on the 1st floor of a small residential building equipped with an elevator and parking space in the garage. Nearby are markets, coffee bars and pizzerias.

Lyra is located on the main street that leads straight to the Old Town (10-15 min walk away), almost anything you could need is very near: food store, pharmacy and gas station are all up to 30 meters away, popular beach Bačvice is only 450 meters away. We provide fast 200 Mbps WiFi / Ethernet LAN speed. Lyra studios are designed as an blend of modern and traditional Mediterranean style, we used beige color to create warm, pleasant atmosphere!

Sea sound

Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Enjoy visiting Split in little sweet apartment who is situated in new building. Close to apartment there is bus station and the bus will drive you directly to center for 15 minutes. Big shopping center is also very close, just 7 minutes walking and in area of 50m of the apartment you can find bakery, markets, caffe bar and pharmacy. Important note! If you come by car, you will find a public parking lot near the apartment
