Kalliberry Cycladic house Elissavet, private pool

We are 3 close friends, Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos, we came to Andros 10 years ago and we were fascinated from the first moment by the energy of the place. We immediately started Kalliberry Cycladic Complex. At the beginning we renovated the main residence of the estate and shaped the surrounding area, then we transformed an old stable to a place of high aesthetics, the cave, and on 2020 we completed with a lot of personal work and creative ideas, this dream house, villa Elissavet.

Beautiful accommodation in the capital of Andros provides two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom as well as a magnificent view of the endless blue. The house is located in the old town of Chora and right behind the main Pedestrian Street with all the shops and museums that are just a few minutes away. The bus station is only 7 minutes away. The view of the accommodation on the blue-green waters of Agia Thalassini, is in itself enough to make your stay on the island unique.

Fisherman's sea side villa

The fisherman's villa is located in the best spot of Korthi-bay in Andros. It is 3meters from the sea over the old port of Korthi and has a panoramic view of the bay. The best feature of the house is that has relaxing areas for every part of the day a fresh vegetable garden that you can pick your veggies and season fruits every day also a big private hill over it to take your walk and have a coffee. Every part of the house is made with love and meant to be enjoyed.

Beba's Villa 1 (Batsi, Andros Greece)

Andros. The Cycladic Island that combines the dry Cycladic landscape, rocks and stone with the lush wild vegetation, the numerous water sources and the long, beautiful beaches. At one of these beautiful beaches (inlet) of the island, Batsi is situated, and there, close to the sea (about 30 meters), are the two Bebas’ Villas. Recently built in the traditional Cycladic architecture and with a stunning view over the entire Aegean Sea that leaves you speechless.

ALADOU-APARTMENTS 2

Πρόκειται για μία οικία η οποία βρίσκεται στο Μπατσί της Άνδρου, 20 μέτρα από την κεντρική παραλία, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη και χωρισμένη σε τέσσερα ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα, με ξεχωριστή είσοδο το καθένα. Περιμετρικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει κήπος με πηγάδι, διάφορα δέντρα και φυτά που μπορεί ο επισκέπτης να περάσει ευχάριστες ώρες ξεκούρασης και χαλάρωσης. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι διακοσμημένα και επιπλωμένα με παραδοσιακά ξύλινα έπιπλα, σε νησιώτικο στυλ.

ΤΟ ΑΠΕΡΑΝΤΟ ΓΑΛΑΖΙΟ 1 (ENDLESS BLUE 1)

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ. Πέτρου βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 500μ απο την οικία και επί της περιοχής υπάρχουν ταβερνάκια και πρατήριο άρτου.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται μέσα στο Μπατσί. Εύκολα με τα πόδια προσβάσημη η παραλία/κέντρο του Μπατσίου όπου βρίσκονται όλα τα μαγαζιά. Είκοσι μέτρα από το κατάλυμα υπάρχει όλο το καλοκαίρι δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Το διαμέρισμα είναι καινούριο, ευρύχωρο και ζεστό, εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα.

Roula's suites 2 is on the ground floor of the building with an amazing view of the sea. It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people. Sunkissed 360 view house

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, μόλις 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Μπατσίου. Προσφέρει απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα, στο Μπατσί και στο ηλιοβασίλεμα, καθώς βρίσκεται στο δεύτερο όροφο του κτηρίου. Είναι κατάλληλο για ζευγάρια, οικογένειες και παρέες.

Teo's House

Το σπίτι είναι 36 τ.μ και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 2-3 άτομα. Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι στο υπνοδωμάτιο, παρκοκρέβατο και ένα ημίδιπλο κρεβάτι στο σαλόνι. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με μαγειρικά σκεύη όπου οι επισκέπτες μπορούν να ετοιμάσουν τα γεύματα τους
