A traditional old stone Cycladic house in Aprovatou overlooking the endless blue, which we recently restored without altering the features of its original construction that dates back many, perhaps several centuries. The house is located next to our paternal house in a farm of 10 acres with cistern, vineyard, olives, lemons, oranges and other crops. The unique Andrian architecture combined with the warm welcome, the high level of personal servicemakes the space very special.

Είναι μία νεόχτιστη μεζονέτα 60 τ.μ. όπου στο ισόγειο είναι κουζίνα, σαλόνι και τραπεζαρία και στον 1 όροφο είναι η κρεβατοκάμαρα και το μπάνιο. Έχει εκπληκτική θέα στην παραλία του Αγ. Πέτρου και από τις δύο βεράντες του(κρεβατοκάμαρα & σαλονιού). Είναι μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από το λιμάνι και 500μ. από τον επαρχιακό δρόμο. Η παραλία Αγ.
