Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Property in beautiful Mountain Green Utah with nearby access to all kinds of outdoor activities including skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, boating, golf and swimming. The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, this place has all you need for your travel stay; featuring a kitchenette, washer/dryer, bathroom, queen murphy bed, dining table, sitting area, work desk, WIFI, Cable, and free parking close to the private entry door. No cleaning fees! Also, guests have access to an outdoor enclosure for traveling pets who need a stretch.

This is a suite inside our home with a private entrance. Includes a spacious bedroom, reading nook, bathroom, huge closet, and “kitchenette” set-up. Stylish, spacious, and peaceful. Soothing colors, so comfortable, and lots of extras. Our “mini farm” is located on over an acre in a quiet bedroom community. Beautiful views of our small orchard, garden, and the mountains. Easy access to downtown, trails, reservoirs, etc. More than enough space inside the suite, and a lovely outdoor dining space.

Hidden from any streets & very quiet, less than 2 miles from Historic 25th street (restaurants/bars) & 30 minutes from past Olympic ski resort Snowbasin. 10 min walk to trailheads on the Bonneville shoreline trail for mountain biking/hiking/trail running. 25 min to Pineview reservoir paddleboarding/fishing/boating. This open design is private & cozy for 2 to 4 people with 1 king bed & 1 sofa that turns into a bed (Queen).

Morgan is within a 30 min drive to 3 large lakes, and under an hour to Park City, Ogden, and Salt Lake City.

A full 1700 square feet to enjoy relaxing after a full day of adventure. 10 miles from Snowbasin, 16 miles to Powder mountain, and 13 miles from Nordic Valley Ski resort. 10 miles to Pineview reservoir. Ogden is only 15 miles away from Shopping and Dinning. Our apartment is cozy and has many unique amenities including steam shower, foosball table, shuffle board and theater room. Sleeps 6 people comfortably.
