Situated on a clifftop with 10 acres of beautifully forested land with unparalleled views of the Salish Sea, Mt. Denman & Desolation Sound. Surrounded by The Williams Beach Trail System which provides many kilometres of woodland hiking. There is no beach access from the property but we're just a short walk to the Alders Beach which offers long stretches of sand for walking, swimming and exploring tidal pools. Your hosts are happy to assist you in any way they can to make your stay memorable.

Nordic/snowshoe/hiking trails are a short 5-min drive. Enjoy the parkade with option to trickle charge your EV or the private BBQ on the deck; store your gear in the secure storage room while you plan your evening visit to the hot tub or a movie to watch on the flat screen with surround sound - Bear Paws has it all!

True Ski-in/Ski-out Slope side Studio with Hot Tub

Ski-in/Ski-out top floor slope side facing studio flat centrally located in coveted Bear Lodge. Watch the Skiers and Snowboarders cruise past through your suite window as this studio is a true slope side suite. It is well suited for a maximum of 2 people as it is fitted with a new and comfortable Queen bed. Enjoy the comforts and amenities that the suite offers such as TV, Keurig coffee machine, mini fridge and WiFi. NOTE that no window covers are in place, bring your eye masks for sleeping.

Ocean and island view suite

Welcome to our cozy suite with beautiful views of Quadra Island and the coastal mountains. Located centrally in Campbell River, we are the perfect launching spot for all of your adventures. Please note that the suite is in the lower part of our house and is only accessible by a steep set of stairs. We ask that you restrict your noise between the hours of 10pm and 7am. Ski out from the building and ski back through the village with a short walk back. This top floor unit is quiet, with no noise coming from above as we are the top floor. Well appointed for your convenience, and includes parking! Our home is your home so please come and enjoy!

Locked ski storage for bikes and skis. Ten-minute walk to the ocean and the Seawalk, a spectacular walking trail 6.8 kms long where you can enjoy views of Discovery Passage, and on many days whales. Close to shopping, downtown, restaurants and many attractions. Disc golf and Sportsplex near by.

The Valley is nature personified and Kye Bay is a jewel - the breath of sea air in the morning is worth the visit for sure!
