We are pet friendly, dogs only ($50 per stay, max 2 dogs) with all the modern convenience, fully stocked kitchen, 50" flat screen smart TV, washer/dryer and fast internet. Outdoor fireplace/grill is the perfect hangout just steps from deck overlooking the large pond. 4-person paddle boat is there for use during your stay.

The Village Farmhouse

Welcome to a farmhouse style guest house built in the late 1800's located in the village of Utica-an hour east of Columbus and the entrance of Amish Country byway to Holmes County-an hour away. It is conveniently located on the corner of State Rt. 62 and 13...busy and noisy intersection; but cozy, private, and relaxing inside. You have the apartment to yourself-large kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee bar, as well as pastries, snacks, and diy breakfasts available.

The Carriage House features a master suite in the loft, with a comfy queen size bed, and a separate sitting area with a 55" TV. This new cabin is one of two on the property. Both cabins are private and off-grid (no power or running water). This cabin is accessed through a mowed field by a camp Jeep (provided) and has the amenities shown in the photos. It overlooks a creek and is a great place to view wild-life and get back to nature and unplug from the hectic pace of life. Play cards/games, read, hike and make memories.
