Our farm's only bnb, "The Roost," offers a clean, modern, & fun space to stay. Located in the lower walkout level of our home, it's similar to a suite. Offering 575 sq. ft. of private, clean, well maintained living quarters include, a kitchen, a cozy living space, w/twin sofa bed, & a spacious bed & bathroom. Chickens just outside your door to greet you a "rise & shine" morning & flowers everywhere. Our seasonal gardens are open for you to enjoy picking organic food, along with farm fresh eggs.

The Sage - Hinterwood Inn & Cabins

The Sage is part of Hinterwood Inn and Cabins and sleeps up to 4 people. It has one bedroom with a king bed, a daybed/trundle (two twin mattresses) in the living room. It has a full kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, a regular coffee pot, dishes, utensils, and pots and pans. It includes one full, spacious bathroom with a shower (no tub). It's approximately 500 sq. feet. Enjoy the private fire pit area, the gas grill outside, and the expansive outdoor spaces on the property.

Be our guest on 40 private and fully gated acres. From all windows of the house you can watch 2 horses and cattle grazing through the meadow. The evening sunsets are magical with deer & turkeys wandering through. Relax under the stars at our fire pit (all supplies provided). A unique, secluded, rustic cabin nestled on 10 acres of Ponderosa pine forest. Enjoy morning coffee on the sunny, spacious deck, afternoon picnics by the creek, a cozy wood fire in the evening and a sky full of stars at night. Only 12 minutes from great food and cafes in Spearfish; 20 minutes to Deadwood. The cabin is best for couples, families and groups of close friends. Note limited privacy; there are no bedrooms with doors you can close.

This is the LOWER UNIT of our home and was totally refinished in Aug. 2022. We are only 23 miles from Mt. Rushmore, 32 miles from Sturgis, 46 miles to Deadwood and 23 miles from Pactola Lake. Welcome to Tenderfoot Creek Retreat! You will find yourself surrounded by towering evergreens of the Black Hills National Forest, and steps from the Mickelson Trail. You will occupy the entire main or 2nd floor of this rustic residence. Close to all the major Black Hills attractions yet you will feel at one with nature. Tenderfoot Creek can lull you to sleep or greet the morning with its soothing chatter.
