No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.

Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms, queen-size bed in a master bedroom, twin over full size bunk bed making it ideal for families or small groups. Including living room, kitchenette and bathroom. Whether you’re looking to lay back or simply enjoy a peaceful escape ,let the sound of nature soothe your soul.

Perfect base to explore the city at this centrally-located place. Under 10 minutes to the airport, universities, shopping, hospitals, restaurants, parks etc.  You will have a two bedroom home that will sleep four, and a fifth person on one of the couches if needed. This is a fully furnished open floor plan efficiency located on 40 acres of farmland. There is a generator to assure power in case of a power outage. It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
