New Hampshire Lakes Region Home With Beach Access

Walk to the beach down the street, hike the trails/snow shoe at Castle in Clouds, or visit one of the ski resorts in the area. The house can comfortably sleep 6 with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

Lake Winnipesaukee Hide away

3 minute walk to a beautiful private association beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. This charming cottage has been recently renovated and has a classic rustic flavor with hardwood and pine floors, walls, and trim. Three bedrooms, all on one level. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second room is very small and only has a queen bed in it , the third bedroom has bunk room with custom bunk beds - 4 twin beds in total. Short drive to numerous hiking destinations. Bath Towels and linens are provided.

The Nook at Ambrose Cove

This cozy cottage is a wonderfully unique stay! You will experience a balance between upscale camping and a lake Winnepausaukee waterfront experience. Located on-site to a well known marina, you'll have your own slice of heaven nestled on a dock overlooking the lake. You’ll have access to a newly renovated shared shower and bath house. Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

Historic Stone Cottage

Summer is in full swing here in the Lakes Region! Both Squam and Winnipesaukee minutes away - vistas to enjoy the season all around. The cottage sleeps two but can accommodate an additional two on a comfortable sleeper couch. We even have room to park your boat and trailer! The stone building, a 1920s gatekeeper’s cottage, is part of a Gilded Age estate, and is lovingly restored to meet your needs in comfort, including a full kitchen, bath and geothermal central heat and a/c.
