Quaint, peaceful, & fully remodeled basement apartment awaits you 9/10th of a mile off I-81. Conveniently located an hour from Knoxville, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge areas & about 45min from Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol. We are situated in the middle so you can go either way without a lot of driving. This is an easy stop-over if you are traveling 81 and just need a sweet place to rest in your journey. We take great care to foresee any need you may have while staying with us.

We do NOT accept 3rd party bookings, period. 1 mile from our quaint historic downtown Greeneville. Please view our travel guide! Visit our charming cottage, with its own library/work station and game room for puzzles etc. Private back yard and our enclosed lanai is 13x20 feet. Lots of space to gather for bbq's meditation, yoga etc. The cottage is 5 miles from our farm, where you can visit on the porch, pick flowers/plants/veggies and herbs.

You willl be close to everything when you stay at this downtown home. The large kitchen has plenty of counter space. Relax in the cozy main bedroom, featuring a comfortable full-size bed, or let the kids enjoy their own space in the second bedroom with two twin beds. The living room has many windows, offering a bright, airy atmosphere. For extra guests, there's a convenient pull-out couch bed in the living room. Enjoy your stay!

A Stay On Brentwood

This location is in the heart of Morristown with a variety of restaurants and quick access to interstate 40 and interstate 81. With the Néw interstate access, the drive to pigeon Forge is about 45 but could be longer depending on traffic. Guest are encouraged to allow more time during peak season ( March- December ) This listing is NOT a good fit for small or toddler children because of the kitchenette and fireplace.
