Welcome to my new apartment! It's situated in the area called Úlfarsárdalur in Reykjavik, just 15 minutes from the city center by car. Bus station is right in front of the building. The neighborhood boasts tranquility and proximity to nature, with the Úlfarsfell hill just outside offering a scenic walk with views overlooking Reykjavik. Additionally, the nearby Dalslaug swimming pool is within a leisurely 10-minute walk.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .

Íbúðin er í rólegu og grónu hverfi. Hún er í sama húsi og heimili okkar og það er sameiginlegur inngangur. Ókeypis bílastæði. Stór útisundlaug er í 5 mín. göngufæri einnig bakarí og matvöruverslun. Sky Lagoon er í göngufæri (10 mín.) frá húsinu. Stutt ganga (10 mín.) að strætóstöð Kópavogs í Hamraborg. Við erum staðsett 7 km. frá miðbæ Reykjavíkur.
