Itt található még egy külön bejáratú 4 ágyas lakrész.

A szobák külön bejáratúak, a konyha és fürdőszoba teljesen felszerelt. A házhoz tartozik egy kicsi pihenőudvar. Ingyenes parkolás a ház előtt.
