The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!

Come relax in this quaint town at our condo. It is a great spot to visit for the winter ski season. It's also next to a Pineview Resevoir which a lot of people go to during the summer. You will be granted access to the outdoor pool (summer season), a year-round outdoor hot tub, a dry sauna, tennis courts, and a mini-golf course, and a clubhouse within the vicinity! We are central to the ROAM townhome development. Relax by the pool and hot tub after a day of Skiing or Biking. All beds inside the town home are king sized, and we include a pack and play for use with infants and toddlers. High speed wifi, comfortable furnishings, and a 2 car garage stocked with basic tools to maintain bikes/skis and a Tesla 48amp EV charger with unlimited charging.
