We have a private launch on Bayou Terrebonne for your free use, or if you prefer the Pointe aux Chenes or Cocodrie marinas are just 20 minutes away. Sleeps 6 with fully furnished kitchen, and ample parking space for boats and cars. Fish cleaning station and crab boiling and fish frying equipment provided. Pets allowed for $40 fee. Free wifi. Our retreat is an hour and 30 minutes from New Orleans.

Walking distance to the Thibodaux Regional Health System, within two miles of Nicholls State University, The Bayou Country Children's Museum and Historic Downtown Thibodaux. Situated in the heart of a quaint/quiet city on the main street (also known as the Old Spanish Trail) and on the path of the Lower Atchafalaya River. Magical Moon 🌙 Over Bayou Cottage

Slow down and be transported to another time and place in this 1834 creole cottage along Bayou Teche. The huge live oaks with their draped Spanish moss surround the home. The home features a huge back porch overlooking the bayou to do some birdwatching. The center hall allows for a nice breeze. There’s a queen bed and claw foot tub downstairs, two full beds and bathroom upstairs.
