It has sea views and a 3 mile beach to the front of the property At the back it, has mountain views, a garden with seating and ample parking. Very well equipped for a lovely break by the sea. The house has everything you need within walking distance, shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and the train station.

There you will find a well-equipped kitchen, as well as a dining table, a sofabed and a TV, books and games. The flat has a personal atmosphere in which you can relax well. There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

A 10 minute walk from Fairbourne with shops, pubs and it's narrow gauge steam railway, with bus and train services to take you to more local attractions in Barmouth, Dolgellau and Aberdovey.

Cosy one bedroom flat with bedroom and bathroom located up a small flight of stairs. Downstairs has a small kitchen area with breakfast bar and small lounge seating area and tv. Bedroom has luxurious king size bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe. Entirely your own private space in the centre of town. The flat is at the rear of the main building and therefore doesn't have a sea view, but you can walk out of main front door onto promenade.
