Highway 550, 4 miles from Montrose, 7 miles from downtown Montrose, 19 miles from the Black Canyon Nation Park, 29 miles from Ouray (the Switzerland of America), and 58 miles from Telluride. The cottage is equipped with various amenities such a colorful flowers, fruit trees, a small pond, outdoor seating and BBQ grill that sits next to a private hot tub.
