Attached to our 100+ year old house, this upstairs unit features a sunny deck, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or al fresco dining. Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed in one bedroom and a bunk bed with a full and twin mattress in the other, as well as a full-size sofa bed in the living room. With room for up to 5 guests, we've found that it best fits families or up to 3 adults comfortably.

Cozy Basement in Heart of Paonia

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located cozy basement. Two blocks to Grand Ave where you'll have everything a rural town has to offer at your fingertips. One bedroom with a king-sized bed. Couch in living room has a hideaway queen-sized bed. Kitchenette has small appliances and induction cooktops but no stove. I live upstairs with two children who are home half of the week. I will make sure they are respectful and conscientious but there may be noise.

Local Ponderosa Pine and luxurious touches make this cozy room feel like a cabin in the woods. It has a kitchenette and is outfitted with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (with supply of coffee & tea), dining table & chairs, dishware, utensils, dish soap and towels!!! This room has custom lighting built into the crown trim-work. Though the room is limited on space, the log wrapped shelf and hanging rack provides plenty of storage space in the vanity area.

View Point is a unique space. The views of the San Juan Mountains are spectacular. You'll have your private entrance and the entire downstairs. Enjoy your coffee on the patio while my chickens keep you laughing. The hot tub is available for your use. We hope you love our home as much as we do.
