Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

We usually rent it when we are not home or my kids are in school. My family and 5 kids live in the 2 floors above so there WILL be pitter patter of feet when they are home. We renovated the apartment with new flooring and countertops. We know you will enjoy this apartment and it’s location as much as we do!
