This is our own finished basement with totally private entrance. Full size Bed and a futon We love kids and have 3 of them. You might hear them walking upstairs lol. It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

Private bed & bath, kitchenette, den w/TV, pull out sofa bed,microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster oven, Keurig, furnished screened in porch in summer. Private entrance. The space is an in-law suite with its own entrance. We do not come through when you are here, but with permission to go to the laundry in basement.
