Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is for the guests who look to unwind and enjoy the sea in this historic, less busy part of Perast. This is a modest house/room that offers a specious sea-view garden just steps away from the water. You will be provided with a SUP and a kayak which will allow you to see the town and islands up close and in their full beauty. Please note that this is not a party place and it's paramount to respect the neighbours. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

Studio Scala se nalazi u jezgru kotorskog starog grada, u autentičnoj staroj kamenoj kući, na svega par minuta od kotorske rive i u blizini Katedrale Svetog Tripuna. Uređena pješčana plaža sa ležaljkama, tuševima, restoranom i kafe barom nalazi se na udaljenosti od 600 metara. Studio je klimatizovan, ima besplatni bežični internet i tv. Posjeduje kompletno opremljenu čajnu kuhinju sa trpezarijom i kupaonicu sa tuš kabinom. Ulaz je zaseban sa teracom koja pruža intiman i udoban kutak za odmor.

We are 3 km away from the Virpazar - tourist center of the lake. This location is ideal for visiting all the beauties of Skadar Lake, and also it is great if you want to visit Montenegro on your own. It contains three studio apartments with free parking. Guests can relax in our garden and vineyard surrounded by beautiful nature. The tourists can also enjoy our old vineyards and wine tasting at our wine cellar. Traditional breakfast, lunch and dinner are available, but not included in price.
