Agriturismo Le Spighe is a B&B located in a strategic location to visit so many interesting places in central Italy: Rome, Siena, Orvieto, Assisi, Florence, mountain, lake and mediterrean Sea can be reached in about 1 hour. Our location, in the middle of Tuscan countryside, offers the possibility of hiking, biking and horseback riding, enjoying the Fonteverde Spa or relax in the Internal garden in a calm and ancestral atmosphere. Agriturismo is part of a family farm that can offer you the possibility to enjoy country life, exploring agricoltural themes and also harvest and eat biological products such as Saffron, blackberries, raspberries, asparagus, cherries, walnuts, corn and many others. As we mentioned breakfast, we mean thet into the cottage you're going to find all the essential to prepare thje breakfast by yourself: coffee, milk, tea and bread. There are 4 cottages for a total of 6 apartments (on two AIRBNB listings): 1- San Giustino: 2 Apartments each one is composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 2- San Giuseppe: 1 Apartments composed by 2 bedrooms, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 3- Vigneti-Rosa: 2 Apartments each one is composed by bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. 4- Fienile: 1 Apartments composed by 1 bedroom, living room with sofà-bed and fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It has a capacity of 24 people , on the ground floor there is a large dining room with kitchen ready to use and outside there is a large patio with enchanting view of Lake Bolsena equipped with large table, chairs, wood oven and barbecue to eat and celebrate all together

In an hour by car you can reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, in addition to Val D'Orcia and Val di Chiana.
