Spend the day on the private beach or kayaking the lake, then enjoy sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake. 40 min to Grand Rapids for a day trip. 10 min to nearest city with all amenities including grocery, restaurants, movie theater, shopping & more. Enjoy your home away from home.

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this charming lakefront cottage sits at the water's edge w/private beach & 66' of Wabasis Lake shoreline. It includes: 18' pontoon, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock (May through October, weather permitting). There is also a front deck; side patio; bonfire pit and gas BBQ grill. Swan Cottage has 2 large bedrooms (plus a twin daybed in a semi-private nook); 1 bathroom; and driveway parking. It is dog friendly, however, the yard is not fenced.

This cute two story home is in the heart of Vestaburg less than a block away from the post office and library. In the summertime there are lots of lakes in the area to enjoy and always stop in at Farmer in the Dell for ice cream before leaving town. Need a place to stay while visiting relatives? This would be the perfect place for you to have your own space while visiting. The house has been remodeled throughout and has washer/dryer along with an office in the back.

Welcome to Back Turk Lake -- located ten minutes north of Greenville! Enjoy Michigan summers in this updated two bedroom cottage. On this private, all-sports lake, outside watercrafts are not allowed per county guidelines but we offer two kayaks for use during your stay. A/C is available from Memorial Day through September. Grand Rapids is within an hour’s drive — with museums, Frederick Meijer Gardens , and activities such as ax throwing and Fowling.

It comes with a 22' pontoon boat, 2 kayaks & dock w/attached bench, plus a swim platform w/ladder from May through October (weather permitting). The property is spread over 2 large lots that offer expansive views of Lake Wabasis and a sandy beach. Plus a backyard completely surrounded by woods with a vernal pond that provides extreme privacy and access to nature.

This small space has everything you need including; stocked kitchen, walk-in closet, sectional sofa and big screen T.V Enjoy your own private patio and separate entrance. Close to 131 highway, Hardy Dam, Dragon Trail, restaurants and more. We live on site, but our home is completely separate from guest house.
