Snowmobile trails are accessible from the cabin, and ATV trails with parking are accessible from nearby Kingfield (6 miles north). Ski Sugarloaf, bike the Carrabassett Valley trails, hike the Bigelow Preserve, or just relax by the river - this area has it all!

The bedroom is in the loft with catwalk opening up to a balcony. Enjoy access to year round outdoor activities as you are nearby Katahdin Iron Works/Jo Mary region and near Sebec and Schoodic lakes

We are 20 min to the Moosehead region, 10 min to the Appalachian trail and the 100 mile wilderness trail head. There are many beautiful hikes, ponds, lakes, streams, ATV and snowmobile trails nearby to enjoy and the best part is coming back and unwinding to the rippling river, the crackling fire pit and the starlit skies.

We recently acquired the house we live in which has an efficiency apartment in the back. It is cozy and private. The house is old and unique. It was previously a long term rental. We wanted to provide a restful space in the heart of Maine Highlands, the crossroads of Central Maine. We enjoy the scenic area with beautiful lakes rivers, multiuse trail systems and trail head of the 100 mile wilderness of the Appalachian Trail, Moosehead lake, Maine's largest lake, and State Parks.

Over a 5-year renovation, we painstakingly converted this 120 year old Maine canoe shop into a luxe cabin experience! It has a loft with king tempurpedic bed and antique soaking tub overlooking the downstairs and out second story windows. Walk down the floating staircase to front and back doors opening up to beautiful grounds and large granite fire pit. Sink into the extra long vintage velvet sofa and watch TV, or dine under the stars outside! The YMCA indoor poos is next door.

Beautiful Riverside Studio/above garage apartment, private, remote, semi-secluded. Located on the Kennebec river. A roomy studio feet from the river's edge. We have snowmobile trail access, and we're located next to the Appalachian Trail. We are surrounded by woods and bordered by a crystal clear stream. If you're into the outdoors this is the place for you. Hiking, biking, fishing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, whitewater rafting right outside your door.
