This is the place to be still and take in the sunset views, starry night skies and the sound of the river whilst relaxing in the wood fired hot tub with your favourite person.

Very conveniently situated to both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks, along with the beautiful North Devon coastline and their stunning beaches. We welcome a small well-behaved dog with a charge of £10 per stay. You must contact us prior to booking if you have 2 pets.

It is the perfect place to enjoy the peace and quiet of the real countryside with its stunning far reaching views over the fields and beyond. This delightful renovated former barn has retained all its character with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings and offers a luxury self-contained self-catering retreat for 2 people.

Private Annexe. Rural, peaceful and dog friendly

This is a refurbished Annexe - light and airy with a shower room and adjoining WC. In 2022 we have added a new kitchen, with breakfast bar seating. The property is situated ten minutes from Tiverton and two minutes from the A361 - the main route in to North Devon and Exmoor, and North Cornwall. Extra service: we welcome your dog. However, space in the Annexe is limited so if there is more than one dog, please chat to us first.
