Farmhouse with pool by the Adriatic coast

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.

Located 6 km from the center of Agnone, near the 'Ancient Copper Foundries' and the 'Cascate del Verrino', this beautiful country house is part of a large property located in the GREEN wonderful nature of Up per Molise, next to a river and inside a beautiful wood. It can accommodate six people, with EXCLUSIVE USE of the entire property and the pool. Your pets are welcome. In the property there are cats. The presence of a bridge, quite close to the house, is not so disturbing.

Casetta situatata in un piccolo paese di circa 100 abitanti. Adatto alle famiglie soprattutto con bambini. Nella casa sono presenti una camera da letto (letto matrimoniale+ letto singolo) con bagno all'interno, nel piano superiore. Nel piano inferiore oltre la cucina attrezzata e con caminetto è presente un soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale. All'esterno c'è uno spazio attrezzato con tavolo e barbecue.
