Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Single loft with two twin beds that can easily be put together to make a king and a comfy queen size sofa bed on the main floor. Wood stove is the primary heat. The Eh Frame is 3-story Scandinavian inspired luxury cabin with 2 completely separate units. Your group will have the complete front side of the house (everything shown in the pictures), patio, private spa, fire pit etc. The back side of the house is a separate rental unit. The units are separated by a firewall down the middle of the house to ensure maximum comfort and privacy. Located just 2 minutes from Whispering Springs Glamping Resort and 10 minutes from Ste. Anne’s Spa.

Pretty Stoney Lake Cabin Suite

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

No running water. Dishpan + wash basin provided. Outdoor shower is seasonal, open May to Thanksgiving.

Thompson Cottages - Cottage #1 - Moira Lake

This spacious 1250 sq ft lakefront cottage located on Moira Lake, is one of three cottages on 1.2 acres. Close to all amenities in Madoc ( 5 min away). Moira Lake is 2 hours from Toronto. Get back to nature - fresh air, sun, swimming, stars at night, fishing at dawn. The cottage is perfect for couples and families (with kids) and for the avid fisherman.
