Dauphin Island's beaches and the Mobile Bay Ferry are aprx. 30 minutes away. Beautiful Bellingrath Gardens and scenic Bayou La Batre are close by. Located near the Mississippi State Line, Pascagoula (10 min) Ocean Springs (20 min) and the Biloxi Casinos are aprx. a 30 minute drive. New Orleans is a 2 hour drive west. And Pensacola is a 2 hour drive east on I-10.

Come stay at the Den! A renovated yet vintage loft in Midtown Mobile. This property is located less than a five minute drive to Downtown Mobile. Close to Starbucks, and the new Aldi's and more. This apartment has been completely renovated with granite and features refinished, original hardwood floors. This is a large studio apartment that has a living space, queen size bed, and kitchenette. The kitchen has a coffee and tea bar, two burner range, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven.

Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. The apartment is downstairs. There is parking on property, also street parking if needed. The unit is in the rear, Apt. C. There is a self check in box at entry door, open and remove key. (You have to re-punch the code numbers to close the lock box door).
