You'll be Udder-ly amazed that this completely renovated home was once a fully functioning Dairy. Spacious yet cozy open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Charlotte’s Cottage is a superbly restored Victorian, built as a private school in 1871, dominating Connelly Street in the historic port area and nestled between the Murray and Campaspe rivers, the house is in a peaceful but prime area of Echuca. Take a stroll to High Street where you will find trendy cafes, boutique shops, wellness centres and Echuca’s finest restaurants and hotels. Wander through the port and explore the Paddle Steamer Capitol of the World. All this within 500 metres.

The Hut

The Hut is a great little Studio Cabin set less than 60 metres from a quiet stretch of the Murray River. The Hut is a modern self contained well appointed cabin, the perfect place to relax and unwind. Just 10 minutes drive from Mathoura, 40 minutes to the bustling tourist hubs of Echuca/Moama, 30 minutes to the Ute Muster Capital, Deniliquin and 2 kms from the amazing Timbercutter cafe bar function venue. The Hut is surrounded by nature, expect kangaroos and birdlife at your door.

Mary Ann Road Garden Cottage is a self-contained, one bedroom cabin, looking onto the garden trees and flower beds of our semi-rural property on the edge of Echuca. While perfectly suited for couples or single travellers, the cottage is unsuitable for people travelling with pets. Only 8 minutes’ drive from the centre of Echuca, everything is within comfortable reach; but you’ll sleep in the country peace and quiet and probably wake to the sound of birdsong.

Studio 237 Private self contained Apt/Balcony

Studio 237 is a modern, self contained apartment upstairs with private balcony. A BBQ is supplied on the balcony as well as limited cooking facilities in the kitchen including convection/microwave oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The pantry is stocked tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc. internet is provided free of charge plus Netflix on smart TV. A washing machine is located under the staircase for use with a clothes horse stored in cupboard.
